Individuals must be of the same household and age 35 or older.
Full access membership fee is $300 monthly or $3600 annually.
Entertainment access membership fee is $150 monthly or $1800 annually.
Billing of monthly fee doesn’t go into effect until 30 days prior to opening day, as fees are billed in advance of service.
